On 11 August, Ambatovy was proud to join in the inauguration of the Maison de l’Emploi et de la Formation de la Région Atsinanana (MEFRA – Employment and Training Center).
Created through a partnership between four leading local companies, including Ambatovy, the center is designed to boost youth employability, support professional integration, expand access to training, and connect local talent with business needs.
Born from an agreement signed in 2023, MEFRA will also host a comprehensive employment and training database, accessible to the entire community.
This initiative is part of Ambatovy’s ongoing commitment to supporting the communities where it operates and creating new opportunities for the next generation.
