As part of its efforts to maximise the positive economic impact of its presence in Madagascar, Ambatovy has set up an incubation programme intended for businesses that have been active for less than three years in the Atsinanana and Alaotra Mangoro regions. The official launch of the programme took place on June 22, 2023, in Moramanga, for Alaotra Mangoro, following that of Atsinanana, which took place in March 2023, in Toamasina. Young entrepreneurs from the Communes of Beforona, Andasibe, Ambatovola, Morarano Gara, Ambohibary and the Urban Commune of Moramanga will benefit from theoretical training in entrepreneurial culture, business management and accounting, among others. This will be followed by practical sessions at La Fabrique, which, together with the NGO Saint-Gabriel, is working with Ambatovy on this project.
