fusion-text-1\"><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1\">On 11 August, Ambatovy was proud to join in the inauguration of the Maison de l\u2019Emploi et de la Formation de la R\u00e9gion Atsinanana (MEFRA \u2013 Employment and Training Center).<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"174\">Created through a partnership between four leading local companies, including Ambatovy, the center is designed to boost youth employability, support professional integration, expand access to training, and connect local talent with business needs.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"423\">Born from an agreement signed in 2023, MEFRA will also host a comprehensive employment and training database, accessible to the entire community.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"570\">This initiative is part of Ambatovy\u2019s ongoing commitment to supporting the communities where it operates and creating new opportunities for the next generation.<\/p>\n<\/div><style type=\"text\/css\">.fusion-gallery-1
