fusion-text-1\"><p>As community health and safety remain top priorities for Ambatovy, the company has taken steps to enhance cyclone preparedness in key municipalities within its operational areas.<\/p>\n<p>In early February 2025, Ambatovy donated various materials and equipment to the <em>Comit\u00e9 Communal de Gestion des Risques et des Catastrophes<\/em> (CCGRC) of Suburban Toamasina, Amboditandroroho, and Andasibe, as well as to the <em>Comit\u00e9 de District de Gestion des Risques et des Catastrophes<\/em> (CDGRC) of Moramanga.<\/p>\n<p>This donation included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1,000-liter water tanks<\/strong> to ensure water supply in case of shortages,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Megaphones and whistles<\/strong> to facilitate emergency alerts,<\/li>\n<li><strong>High-visibility vests<\/strong> for committee members during interventions, and<\/li>\n<li><strong>Life jackets<\/strong> for Amboditandroroho and Suburban Toamasina, specifically for river-based rescue operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This initiative is part of the implementation of the Communal Contingency Plans (CCP) in these municipalities, reinforcing disaster
