As part of its efforts to boost income-generating activities for farmers in its areas of intervention, Ambatovy funded the participation of around 15 village associations in the International Rural Economy Fair, FIER MADA 2023, held in Antananarivo during the first week of August 2023. Representatives from these associations, engaged in various sectors such as ginger cultivation, handicrafts, and the cultivation of young plants, had the opportunity to showcase and sell their products. They also had the opportunity to make connections with potential clients or partners. Ambatovy has provided these farmers with technical support and training sessions on business management, communications and product marketing. In 2022, more than 2,100 farmers living in Ambatovy\u2019s interventions areas benefited from this support to develop their income-generating activities.<\/p>\n<\/div>
