These employees will, in turn, educate their colleagues. The training was conducted in two waves by the NGO Mamizo, specialized in the fight against the HIV \/ AIDS pandemic, and focused, among other things, on the roles of peer educators, communication and facilitation techniques, prevention against the disease, reproductive health, and sexuality. Ambatovy is among the pioneers in Madagascar to apply the peer educator system to combat HIV \/ AIDS in the workplace.
