The visit included a trip to the Ambatovy Information Centre, a safety induction session at the Mine, a debriefing on Ambatovy\u2019s Environment Program, and a meeting with local non-governmental organizations about \u201c Do No Harm \u201d \u2013 a peace and conflict impact assessment tool.<\/p>\n<p>The team of four associated with the non-profit organization Collaborative for Development Action (CDA) Inc. provided valuable recommendations on how Ambatovy can improve its stakeholder engagement particularly in Moramanga. CDA\u2019s insightful feedback will be taken into consideration as Ambatovy develops and implements standard operating procedures in a way that can help field agents effectively respond to local communities\u2019 needs in a way that is equitable, fair and transparent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"maitsotitre\"><strong>Stakeholder Engagement at Ambatovy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At Ambatovy, we are committed to stakeholder engagement and dialogue and continuously seek ways to improve our work.
