organizations that have a stake in its activities. With transparency as an increasingly important dimension
in all industries, Ambatovy values maintaining strong relations with its stakeholders, consulting them on
decisions and opportunities, listening to their perspectives, and openly explaining the company’s position,

Ambatovy has undertaken a series of steps to engage stakeholders more effectively and support
an environment of open communication and trust. Clear, regular, communication with all parties is
fundamental to Ambatovy’s long-term success. Through emphasis on public consultation across all levels,
