Technical Training
Long-term training initiatives have been put in place to
provide opportunities for national growth. For example,
since 2011, Ambatovy’s Technical Excellence Program
(PEXT) has provided high school graduates free
professional training and potential employment
opportunities with the Company. In 2012, the PEXT
more than doubled its capacity by accepting 98 students
into its program.
